The Yifang MF series is a family of AC/DC aquarium and pond return pumps supplied with their own controller and an intelligent battery pack, so the pump keeps running for up to 12 hours when mains power fails; the controller regulates output rather than running the pump flat out. Four sizes cover 4,000 to 12,000 L/h: MF4000 (4,000 L/h, 3.5 m head, 13-35 W, 24 V 8 Ah battery), MF6000 (6,000 L/h, 4.0 m, 17-45 W, 24 V 10 Ah), MF9000 (9,000 L/h, 5.0 m, 36-70 W, 24 V 12 Ah) and MF12000 (12,000 L/h, 5.8 m, 41-88 W, 24 V 14 Ah). Every size runs on 24 V from the battery or 220-240 V from the mains, and each pump can be used in three positions: wet (fully submerged), dry (out of the water, in line) and bottom-suction.
