A crocodile skull, flat and broad rather than deep: the snout runs long and low from a wide, rounded braincase, and the upper surface is covered in the pitted, honeycombed texture that crocodile bone has. The jaws are open a hand's width, showing conical teeth of uneven length interlocking along both sides. The bone is a warm sandy cream throughout, darker in the pits. Dimensions: 24x12x10 cm.
