Payment methods
The payment method is confirmed with you when the order is confirmed. For pre-order items, we confirm timing and the final price first.
Unused products and equipment are accepted for return within the timeframes and on the terms set by Israel's Consumer Protection Law. Connecting equipment to power or water counts as use.
If the buyer cancels, the store may withhold 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee is charged for a defect, an incorrect delivery or another breach on the store's part. A receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase is required to review a claim.
Live animals, fish, plants, food and veterinary products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, except as required by law. Report the condition of a live animal, fish or plant to the store as soon as the problem is found, with the receipt and photographs.
