A broad, low reef table: a single wide plate of rock carried on two short legs, so most of the piece is an overhang with open water under it. The top of the plate is moulded as a dense honeycomb in dark green, and the rim and legs are heavily pocketed and washed pink over pale grey. At half a metre wide and only fifteen centimetres tall it is shaped to sit across a mid-ground rather than to build height. Dimensions: 51x32x15 cm. It comes from the supplier's range of artificial rock formations, which are offered for marine and freshwater aquariums alike.
