A large artificial sea fan: a dark red trunk divides again and again into ever finer arms, and the whole span between them is filled with a close yellow mesh, so the piece reads as a flat, almost semicircular blade when seen from the front. It is mounted on a small dark rock foot. Dimensions: 60x58 cm. It comes from the supplier's range of flexible artificial corals and reefs, which the catalogue lists for freshwater aquariums.
