A rigid artificial reef block: a dark, ledged rock pierced by a low arch, with six separate colonies of open cup polyps growing over its top and flanks. Every polyp is a bright orange disc ringed with fine tentacles, and the rock beneath them is mottled green over purple. The arch is open right through, so the piece works as cover as well as decoration. Dimensions: 19x14x13 cm. It comes from the supplier's range of rigid artificial corals and reefs, which are offered for marine and freshwater aquariums alike.
