A rigid artificial shell ornament: a broad, fan-shaped valve, open and tilted upwards, with a small hinge knob at the narrow end and a coarse, sanded texture inside and out. The bowl is a deep violet at the centre that fades to white along the whole scalloped rim, and it is carried on a small dark rock foot. Dimensions: 16x13x10 cm. It comes from the supplier's range of rigid artificial corals and reefs, which are offered for marine and freshwater aquariums alike.
