AC Bio is a ceramic biological filter media described by the distributor as having one of the largest surface areas available, for beneficial-bacteria colonisation in aquarium and pond filters. Sizes: 1 L and 5 L (bulk pricing also available per cubic metre). This 'AC'/'Aqua Clean' filter-media brand is unrelated to ReeFlowers' 'Aqua Clear' water clarifier (see p120-10) - the similar English names are coincidental.
